Card Master All Fours
Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Card Master All Fours ("the game") is made by KP Digital Designs in Trinidad and Tobago ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the game and our website, why, who helps us, and the choices and rights you have. Questions or requests: info@kpdigitaltt.com.
What we collect
- Account: a sign-in ID created automatically when you first play (a "guest" account), a public Player ID friends can use to find you, and a secret recovery code that moves a guest account to a new phone. The recovery code is stored with your profile, which only you and our support team can see. If you create an account, your email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, your Google or Apple account ID and the email they share with us (Apple lets you hide your real email).
- Profile and progress: the name and home area you type, your avatar and cosmetics, level, coins, items, daily rewards, challenges, Game Pass progress, achievements, league and club standing, and game statistics.
- Online games: the cards dealt and played at online tables, so the game server can run fair games, settle disputes and investigate cheating or abuse.
- Chat and reports: table chat (phrases, emoji, stickers, and typed messages at private tables) and club chat. If you report a player, your report and that table's game log.
- Friends and clubs: your friend code, friends list, requests, gifts, table invites and club membership.
- Online status: when you were last active, so friends can see you're online.
- Notifications: if you allow them, a push token for your device.
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and the store receipt. Payments are made through Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
- Ads: in the phone app, Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and information about the ads you see and tap, to show and measure ads. See "Ads and your choices" below.
What stays on your device
Some things are only stored on your phone or browser and never sent to us: your year of birth (from the age check when you first open the game), your settings, and what the computer players have learned about you (your skill level at each difficulty, and each bot's record against you). Clearing the app's data removes them.
How we use it, and why we're allowed to
- To run the game you asked for (performing our agreement with you): saving progress, matching players, running online tables, delivering rewards and purchases.
- To keep the game fair and safe (our legitimate interests, and yours): filtering chat, reviewing reports, and acting on cheating or abuse.
- To send notifications you've allowed (your consent, which you can withdraw in Settings at any time). At most one reminder a day.
- To show ads that keep the game free (your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interests).
- To fix problems and improve the game (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping purchase records.
We don't sell your personal information.
Ads and your choices
The phone app shows ads from Google AdMob: a short ad between some games (at most once every three games, never in the middle of a hand, and never for Premium Pass holders) and optional ads you choose to watch for bonus coins. The web version of the game has no ads. Our website shows ads from Google AdSense.
- Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some US states), the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ads → Ad privacy choices.
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
- Ads are set as suitable for teens and the game is not directed at children.
- Learn how Google uses information from apps and sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Our website and cookies
Our website (cardmasterallfours.com) uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ad Settings. The web version of the game stores your sign-in and settings in your browser so it remembers you; it doesn't use advertising cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud: sign-in, database, game servers and hosting.
- Expo: delivering push notifications to your device.
- RevenueCat: checking and recording in-app purchases.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: payments and refunds.
- Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple: optional sign-in, only if you choose it.
- Google AdMob and Google AdSense: ads in the app and on our website.
These providers only use your data to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security commitments.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored and processed in the United States. Where data moves from your country to the US, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
What other players can see
Your name, avatar, frame, level, league division, club name and online status are visible to friends, league groups, club members and players at your table. Your email address and year of birth are never shown to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account exists.
- Online game logs, table chat and reports: up to 90 days, then deleted (longer only if needed to deal with a serious report).
- Purchase records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
- When you delete your account, your profile and personal data are deleted straight away. Backups expire within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another service. You can withdraw consent at any time (for notifications in Settings, for ads in Settings → Ads). California residents can also opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for personalised ads, using the ad privacy choices above. Email info@kpdigitaltt.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
- Delete your account any time: Settings → Danger zone (at the bottom) → Delete my account. See how to delete your account.
- Turn notifications off in Settings or your device settings.
- Mute or report any player from their seat at the table.
Age
The game is for players aged 16 and over, and asks for your year of birth when you first open it. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 is playing, contact us and we'll delete the account.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Online games are dealt and checked on our server. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in and your recovery code safe: anyone who has your recovery code can move your guest progress to their device. You can replace the code any time from the Account screen, which stops the old one working. If you ask us to help recover a lost account, we will ask questions to confirm it is yours first.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above, and tell you in the game if the change is significant.
