Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and KP Digital Designs for your use of Card Master All Fours ("the game") and our website. By playing you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't play. Questions: info@kpdigitaltt.com.
Who can play
- You must be 16 or older.
- One person per account. Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Fair play and community rules
- No cheating: no modified apps, automation, exploiting bugs, sharing cards with opponents, colluding, or using more than one account to gain an advantage.
- Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or sharing personal contact details in chat, names or club names.
- Names, club names and chat messages you create must be your own and must not break anyone's rights. You let us display them in the game.
- We may filter or remove content, and mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without warning.
Coins, items and the Premium Pass
- Coins and items are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value and can't be sold, exchanged for money or transferred.
- Coin buy-ins at venues use virtual coins only. There is no real-money gambling and nothing in the game can be won as money.
- The Premium Pass is a one-off purchase for the current monthly season. It is not a subscription and doesn't renew. Its no-ads and daily bonus perks last until that season ends; items you unlock are yours to keep.
- Purchases are made through Apple or Google and their terms and refund policies apply. Purchases are final except where the store or the law says otherwise.
- We may change, rebalance or retire items, rewards and features to keep the game fun and fair.
Ads
The free phone app shows ads, as described in our privacy policy. Watching optional ads for bonus coins is limited each day, and coins earned this way follow the same rules as other coins.
The game and its content
The game, its art, sounds, code and characters belong to KP Digital Designs or our licensors. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the game running, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, change, or end. To the extent the law allows, KP Digital Designs isn't liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual items, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger zone). We may close accounts that break these terms. Deleted accounts can't be recovered. A guest account can only be moved to a new phone with its recovery code, so keep it safe, or create an account (email, Google or Apple) so your progress is never tied to one device.
Apple
If you got the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and KP Digital Designs, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the game or its support, and Apple's standard licence terms also apply.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. If we change these terms we'll update this page and tell you in the game if the change is significant.
